Located in Suffield, Connecticut, Kingsfield Bed and Breakfast, the Lieutenant William King House, is a beautifully preserved example of early New England saltbox colonial architecture.  Built in 1722 by a prominent tobacco valley family, the house is spacious and comfortable while maintaining a historically accurate decor. 

Step back into early 18th century New England and experience a tranquil night in a large four poster bed with a down comforter and in-room fireplace.  Enjoy a continental breakfast and afternoon tea or sherry as well in the federal period tap room. 

The town of Suffield is located in the heart of the historic tobacco valley of Western Massachusetts/Central Connecticut and is just a short ride to Springfield, Massachusetts and Hartford, Connecticut.  Bradley International Airport is a quick ten minutes down the road. 

Local points of interest include Old Sturbridge Village, The Hancock Shaker Village Museum, The Wadsworth Atheneum, The Mark Twain House, Old Deerfield Village,The Connecticut Culinary Institute and Suffield Academy. 

The Lieutenant William King House is on the National Register of Historic Places.
