There may be times when you find yourself overwhelmed by the stress and challenges of everyday life. You may be faced with relationship or family problems. Maybe you don't know what to do with your teenager. Perhaps work has been overwhelming or finaces are out of control. The loss of a loved one or navigating life transitions can result in depression or anxiety. You might find that life no longer brings the joy and satisfaction it used to bring you. You may not be able to motivate yourself to take on even small tasks. It is during these time that a therapist can provide support and guidance as you work through these challenges.
